Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCNJ protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 146 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCNJ-associated genes across cancer lineages are IDH3B, RALGPS2, and RBPJL. Each is linked with CCNJ in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCNJ-to-partner and partner-to-CCNJ results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCNJ versus IDH3B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.57.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCNJ→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCNJ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
