Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCNJ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,984 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCNJ-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP412, RNU6-222P, and RNA5SP146. Each is linked with CCNJ in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCNJ-to-partner and partner-to-CCNJ results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP412 grouped by CCNJ-low versus CCNJ-high in UCEC.
