CCNJ

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCNJ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCNJ-associated genes across cancer lineages are UTF1, ENTHD1, and C1orf87. Each is linked with CCNJ in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCNJ-to-partner and partner-to-CCNJ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UTF1 grouped by CCNJ-low versus CCNJ-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCNJ→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCNJ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
