CCNI

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCNI mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 344 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCNI-associated genes across cancer lineages are COX15, CHEK1, and DUSP15. Each is linked with CCNI in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCNI-to-partner and partner-to-CCNI results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COX15 grouped by CCNI-low versus CCNI-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCNI→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCNI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
