CCNF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCNF RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,963 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCNF-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLK1, LMNB2, and KIFC1. Each is linked with CCNF in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCNF-to-partner and partner-to-CCNF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCNF versus PLK1 in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.94.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCNF→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCNF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
