CCNF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCNF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 229 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCNF-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEIKIN, DEFB108B, and GSG1L. Each is linked with CCNF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCNF-to-partner and partner-to-CCNF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEIKIN grouped by CCNF-low versus CCNF-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCNF→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCNF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
