Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCNE2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCNE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, MEK1, and Notch1. Each is linked with CCNE2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCNE2-to-partner and partner-to-CCNE2 results are reported.
