Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCNE2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CCNE2 data layer compared with 5 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher CCNE2 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCNE2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and THYM show a favorable association.
MESO, KIRP, and ACC are the cancer types where CCNE2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
