Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCND3P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,013 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCND3P2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10R1P, VN1R70P, and OR1M4P. Each is linked with CCND3P2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCND3P2-to-partner and partner-to-CCND3P2 results are reported.
