Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCND3P2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CCND3P2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where higher CCND3P2 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCND3P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

THCA, KIRC, and BLCA are the cancer types where CCND3P2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
