The most reproducible CCND3P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of microtubule polymerization, Negative regulation of protein-containing complex assembly, and Cellular response to starvation. Each is linked with CCND3P2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCND3P2-to-partner and partner-to-CCND3P2 results are reported.
