CCND3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCND3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,432 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCND3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIM22, ACSL5, and GIMAP8. Each is linked with CCND3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCND3-to-partner and partner-to-CCND3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCND3 versus TRIM22 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCND3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCND3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
