CCND3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCND3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,339 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCND3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SOS2, PPM1A, and HIF1A. Each is linked with CCND3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCND3-to-partner and partner-to-CCND3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCND3 versus SOS2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCND3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCND3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
