The most reproducible CCND3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Phosphatidylinositol biosynthetic process, Negative regulation of cilium assembly, and Tissue homeostasis. Each is linked with CCND3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCND3-to-partner and partner-to-CCND3 results are reported.
