Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCND3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCND3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRAP, MAG, and TMSB4Y. Each is linked with CCND3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCND3-to-partner and partner-to-CCND3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GRAP grouped by CCND3-low versus CCND3-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCND3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCND3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
