CCNB3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCNB3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,206 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCNB3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BPNT1, RPRD2, and DCAF5. Each is linked with CCNB3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCNB3-to-partner and partner-to-CCNB3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCNB3 versus BPNT1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCNB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCNB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
