The most reproducible CCNB3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and DNA replication. Each is linked with CCNB3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCNB3-to-partner and partner-to-CCNB3 results are reported.
