CCNB2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCNB2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,773 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCNB2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AURKB, TOP2A, and TPX2. Each is linked with CCNB2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCNB2-to-partner and partner-to-CCNB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCNB2 versus AURKB in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCNB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCNB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
