CCNA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCNA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,679 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCNA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTPN2_S304, PURA, and TOP2A. Each is linked with CCNA2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCNA2-to-partner and partner-to-CCNA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCNA2 versus PTPN2_S304 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCNA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCNA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
