CCNA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCNA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,967 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCNA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPTBN2, BAG2, and HSPH1_S557. Each is linked with CCNA1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCNA1-to-partner and partner-to-CCNA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCNA1 versus SPTBN2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCNA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCNA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
