Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCNA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,803 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCNA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOSB, POLR3K, and TMEM186. Each is linked with CCNA1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCNA1-to-partner and partner-to-CCNA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCNA1 versus FOSB in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.
