Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCNA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 4,555 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCNA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VWF, RASIP1, and RASIP1_S41. Each is linked with CCNA1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCNA1-to-partner and partner-to-CCNA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCNA1 versus VWF in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCNA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCNA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
