Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCNA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,109 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCNA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERP2, VANGL2, and SLIT2-IT1. Each is linked with CCNA1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCNA1-to-partner and partner-to-CCNA1 results are reported.
