Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCNA1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCNA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GATA6, ASNS, and eEF2. Each is linked with CCNA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCNA1-to-partner and partner-to-CCNA1 results are reported.
