Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCN5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,849 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCN5-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTH1R, LINC00924, and COMP. Each is linked with CCN5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCN5-to-partner and partner-to-CCN5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCN5 versus PTH1R in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCN5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCN5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
