Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCN5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCN5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, MSH6, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with CCN5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCN5-to-partner and partner-to-CCN5 results are reported.
