Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCN5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCN5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGEB5, SLC5A7, and USP29. Each is linked with CCN5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCN5-to-partner and partner-to-CCN5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAGEB5 grouped by CCN5-low versus CCN5-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCN5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCN5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
