CCN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCN3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, Myosin-IIa, and Notch1. Each is linked with CCN3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCN3-to-partner and partner-to-CCN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by CCN3-low versus CCN3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
