CCN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 871 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-947P, KRTAP22-2, and RNU6-939P. Each is linked with CCN1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCN1-to-partner and partner-to-CCN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-947P grouped by CCN1-low versus CCN1-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
