Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCM2L Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CCM2L data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher CCM2L Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCM2L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC, LGG, and COAD are the cancer types where CCM2L Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
