CCM2L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCM2L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 181 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCM2L-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-27P, RPS27P18, and SNORD126. Each is linked with CCM2L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCM2L-to-partner and partner-to-CCM2L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-27P grouped by CCM2L-low versus CCM2L-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCM2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCM2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
