CCM2L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCM2L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,635 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCM2L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA metabolic process, Positive regulation of monoatomic ion transport, and Negative regulation of adaptive immune response. Each is linked with CCM2L in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCM2L-to-partner and partner-to-CCM2L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of DNA metabolic process grouped by CCM2L-low versus CCM2L-high in LUNG_SCLC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCM2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCM2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
