CCM2L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCM2L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCM2L-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCL17, SLC6A2, and USP26. Each is linked with CCM2L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCM2L-to-partner and partner-to-CCM2L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCL17 grouped by CCM2L-low versus CCM2L-high in KIDNEY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCM2L→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCM2L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
