Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCL8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,250 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCL8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSMB9, PARVG, and CD163. Each is linked with CCL8 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL8-to-partner and partner-to-CCL8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCL8 versus PSMB9 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCL8→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCL8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
