Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCL8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 103 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCL8-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6090, MIR5708, and CTBP2P9. Each is linked with CCL8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL8-to-partner and partner-to-CCL8 results are reported.
