CCL4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCL4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 419 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP264, MIR4476, and PACSIN2. Each is linked with CCL4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL4-to-partner and partner-to-CCL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP264 grouped by CCL4-low versus CCL4-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
