CCL4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CCL4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,419 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCL3, CCL4L2, and CCL3L3. Each is linked with CCL4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL4-to-partner and partner-to-CCL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCL4 versus CCL3 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
