Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCL21 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CCL21 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher CCL21 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCL21 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD and LUSC are the cancer types where CCL21 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
