CCL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 59 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-675P, OR2D2, and INO80B-WBP1. Each is linked with CCL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL2-to-partner and partner-to-CCL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-675P grouped by CCL2-low versus CCL2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
