CCL19

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCL19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,091 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCL19-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WAS, ARHGAP45, and DOCK2. Each is linked with CCL19 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL19-to-partner and partner-to-CCL19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCL19 versus WAS in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCL19→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCL19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
