Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCL19 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,503 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CCL19-associated genes across cancer lineages are ITGB2-AS1, SPIB, and ACAP1. Each is linked with CCL19 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL19-to-partner and partner-to-CCL19 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCL19 versus ITGB2-AS1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCL19→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCL19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
