CCL19

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCL19 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCL19-associated genes across cancer lineages are H4C7, RN7SL478P, and RNU7-107P. Each is linked with CCL19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL19-to-partner and partner-to-CCL19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H4C7 grouped by CCL19-low versus CCL19-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCL19→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCL19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
