The most reproducible CCL19-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to UV-B, Regulation of extrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway, and Platelet aggregation. Each is linked with CCL19 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL19-to-partner and partner-to-CCL19 results are reported.
