CCL17

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCL17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,258 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCL17-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IL16, LCP1, and LSP1. Each is linked with CCL17 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL17-to-partner and partner-to-CCL17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCL17 versus IL16 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCL17→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCL17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
