CCL15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCL15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 116 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCL15-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP389, SMIM11P1, and RNU6-607P. Each is linked with CCL15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL15-to-partner and partner-to-CCL15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP389 grouped by CCL15-low versus CCL15-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCL15→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCL15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
