CCL15-CCL14

RNA & survival
SurvivalRNAKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CCL15-CCL14 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CCL15-CCL14 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher CCL15-CCL14 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CCL15-CCL14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRP and BLCA show a favorable association.

KIRP, BLCA, and KICH are the cancer types where CCL15-CCL14 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

RNA survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
