CCL14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCL14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,986 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCL14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DPT, ASPA, and SEPTIN4. Each is linked with CCL14 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL14-to-partner and partner-to-CCL14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CCL14 versus DPT in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCL14→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCL14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
