Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCL14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 147 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCL14-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3188, MIR8057, and LSM1P2. Each is linked with CCL14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL14-to-partner and partner-to-CCL14 results are reported.
