CCL11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCL11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 71 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCL11-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS29P32, PHBP15, and RNA5SP402. Each is linked with CCL11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCL11-to-partner and partner-to-CCL11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS29P32 grouped by CCL11-low versus CCL11-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CCL11→partner) and Y-score (partner→CCL11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
