Across TCGA patient cohorts, CCKAR RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,109 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CCKAR-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Epithelial to mesenchymal transition, Atrioventricular valve development, and Endocardial cushion morphogenesis. Each is linked with CCKAR in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CCKAR-to-partner and partner-to-CCKAR results are reported.
